Occasionally, we may send you information about products and services we offer that may be of interest to you. Technologies and hearing products are changing continuously. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

Physical records are kept in locked filing cabinets.
Computer records are protected by passwords and firewalls.
All paper records that are unused are shredded.
Our premises are locked and alarmed.

When do we disclose your personal information?

Your information is for internal company use to allow us to provide you with better service. We do not share or disclose your personal information with any third parties without your consent except as required for the purposes of administering your hearing services with the following parties:

authorized government organizations (i.e. Veterans' Affairs, WCB and RCMP) if you have a third party claim or for regulatory purposes.
